Check of all electrical components, connections, fan motors, compressor, coils, and safety devices to ensure proper operation
Check running amps, voltages, and unit air flow, and replace filter if needed (customer supplies filter)
Check refrigerant pressures, and wash out condensing unit coil and system

Year-round, worry-free protection

Additional charges apply for any materials and labor needed for excessive cleaning of coils or other components, and for any parts found to be bad or wearing out that need to be replaced.

The 10% discount applies to repairs only — it does not apply to new system installations.

Cancellation and refund policy

In the event that the customer chooses to cancel the maintenance agreement before its scheduled end date, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all payments made up to the date of cancellation are non-refundable. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of the maintenance plan. Cancellation will result in the termination of any remaining services covered under the agreement.
